为输送更多我校优秀学生前往国外学习、交流，我校将每年组织推荐优秀学生参加国外合作院校组织的各类短期学习及文化交流项目，此系列在我校推广时将以Global Bridge系列名称推广。在Global Bridge系列项目运作中，具体项目由外方大学全权主办，我校仅负责推广和面试、提名（如外方大学要求），参加项目的学生需自行评估项目风险并购买保险，报名需征得家长同意。本项目全称为：重庆大学Global Bridge系列之八印尼InstitutTeknologiSepuluhNopember（简称ITS）泗水理工学院2017暑期学校项目。
本次印尼泗水理工学院推出的CommTECH （Community & Technological Camp） CampHighlight 2017项目的入学时间段为2017年7月12日-2016年7月25日。
项目主题Course A: Waste Sensitivity City (WSC)；项目主题Course B: Smart City 。学生在学习项目结束后要求撰写学习总结，现将有关事项通知如下：

泗水理工学院是一所位于印度尼西亚东爪洼岛苏腊巴亚的国立大学，创办于1960年，是直属印尼国家教育部管辖的国家重点建设的大学。作为印尼最好的研究性大学之一，该学校重视科学、工程、技术和研究，目前在校生17，000余人，学校提供本科、硕士以及博士学位学习。学校现有5个学院：数学与自然科学院、工业技术学院、土木工程与规划学院、海洋技术学院和信息技术学院。泗水（苏腊巴亚）是东爪哇的首府，同时也是印尼第二大城市，人口270多万。
二、报名对象
重庆大学全日制在校本科/硕研/博士研究生。
三、报名条件
1.爱国守法，品德优秀，无违规违纪记录，在校期间综合表现优良；
2.学习成绩良好，专业前50%；有良好的跨文化交流能力和较强的生活自理能力，大二及以上英文水平需四级合格/雅思5.5/托福85分及以上（满足一条即可）；大一新生英文上期期末成绩需在75分以上；
3.身心健康，组织纪律性强，服从学校统一安排，能圆满完成此次交流学习任务，如期返回；
4.已持有护照，并且护照有效期在2017年12月以后；不接收无护照同学报名；
5.自愿报名、知晓项目风险并征得家长同意。
四、项目情况
Continuing the success of 2012 to 2016 Community and Technological (CommTECH) Camp, ITS as one of the best research universities in Indonesia would like to invite your students, academic, and non-academic staffs to participate in the Community and Technological Camp (CommTECH) Highlight 2017 which will take place in Surabaya Indonesia on 12 – 25 July 2017. Listening to the voice of the former participants, we decided to implement a new concept. This coming CommTECH Highlight is extended to 14 days in order to provide more interaction among participants. Not only that, it will be organized in a form of Project based Learning (PbL), in which participants will be team up & given a real problem related to the topic to be solved. More engagement among participants, facilitators, and community is truly encouraged. This year program would be more attractive because at the end of the program, all participants will have an opportunity to present their project and ideas developed during the program in front of wider audience in the CommTECH Ideas. CommTECH Ideas is an international student conference which invites students and young researchers from all around the world to share knowledge and ideas to solve real problems in society with multidisciplinary approach. CommTECH Highlight is specially designed for university students, academics, and professionals from all over the world to learn about community and global issues through a variety of insightful but fun activities. The program includes courses, visit and discussion with government and non-government agencies, society engagement, Indonesian language course, learning traditional music and dances, visit to main tourist destinations, and for sure tasting delicious Indonesian food.
CommTECH Camp Highlight 2017 offers 2 fascinating courses:
Course A: Waste Sensitivity City (WSC)
This course introduces participants to the concept of water sensitive city. The participants will learn on how cities in developing countries can have better chances towards more sustainable, resilient and livable conditions. Participants will be exposed to real water related problems and expected to solve a community based problem using science and technology through a multi-disciplinary approach.
Course B: Smart City
This course introduces participants to the concept of smart city and how Surabaya evolves towards a smart city. Many aspects of smart city including urban planning, infrastructure, the use of ICT, transportation, environment and economic will be evaluated through an interactive teaching method and a lot of site visits. Participants will also get involved in discussions with community and government agencies to address a case study based on Surabaya’s condition.
The fee of this program is USD 1,600 and covers accommodation, local transportation, tuition fee, workshop materials, seminar kits, scheduled meals, trip to Bromo mountain, rafting, airport pick up & drop off services, and vouchers. The fee excludes roundtrip flight ticket, visa, travel & health insurance.
We offer full scholarship, 50% scholarship (pay only USD 800) & partial scholarship (pay only USD 1,000) for limited participants. Please register early to secure your participation in this awesome program.

五、报名流程（校内报名及向对方网申同时进行）
1、申请学生请在报名时间内向国际合作与交流处项目科（A区二教103）递交报名材料。对方大学不接收学生单个报名，仅接受我校提名学生。
报名时间：即日起至2017年3月7日下午5:30。
2、报名材料：（一式三份）
《重庆大学短期出国交流申请表》（见附件）、学生证信息页复印件（包含照片页）、身份证复印件、护照复印件。（纸质报名材料需学院签字、盖章）
四、遴选
1.报名后，由学校组织甄选委员会进行筛选，甄选委员会按照“公开、公正、公平”原则对报名学生进行选拔，确定最终参加学生名单。（面试通知将在报名截止后2日内在国际处网站公布，请自行查看并按面试通知要求反馈确认参加面试信息，组织方将不再另行通知，未按规定按时参加面试者视为自动放弃）。
2．经选拔拟参加学生名单将于国际合作与交流处网站公示3天，持异议的单位和个人需在公示日内向国际处（二教103）提出书面异议。如提出人对异议处理商议结果不认可，可向学生申述委员会申述。提出异议的单位或者个人应当表明真实身份，提供有效的证明材料并在异议材料上签署真实姓名及联络方式；以单位名义提出异议的，须加盖单位公章。匿名材料举报和逾期提出的异议不予受理。
五、特别说明
1、申请者家庭应具备一定的经济能力，足以承担学生在外期间的所有相关费用。
2、申请学生应为身心健康并已完全征得家长同意，对在国外学习、生活风险有充分估计和判断，并自愿对参与本项目出国学习、生活意外负责。学生本人在派出前，学生及家长应签署海外学习承诺书并购买海外保险。
3、为保障我校与外方大学合作的可持续性以及不造成名额浪费，获得提名后，非特殊情况不得拒绝赴外方大学学习，否则将作为不良申请记录一次作为申请校内其他出国（境）项目考评标准之一。
